Managing High Blood Pressure

    - Eating fast food, since it usually contains high  amount of salt.

  • Relaxation techniques, meditation, yoga or tai chi can help to decrease your blood pressure.
  • If you still have high blood pressure, your doctor can prescribe medication to control the high blood pressure or make suggestions how to decrease it.
